Update Russian Language Pack Failes

I try to install Russian MUI Language Pack and get error code
"WindowsUpdate_00000002 WindowsUpdate_dt000"
What should I do? How to make it install?

I've got similar error. As it turned out, there were some files in use that
setup could not update so reboot followed by another install attempt solved
the problem for me.
If that does not help, open Help and Support form Start menu and perform
search using error string "WindowsUpdate_00000002 WindowsUpdate_dt000".

повторна� у�тановка ру��кого MUI прошла без ошибок.
Е�ли перезагрузка не поможет, можно пои�кать решени� в Help and Support по
�троке ошибки "WindowsUpdate_00000002 WindowsUpdate_dt000".

It doesn't solve for me And wndows help... nah, it's useless as its
always been. Did try to google it, but found nothing so far

Interesting... Thanks for letting us know. Though I'm not sure if the
problem was the drive letter or rather something else that went away with
reinstall.
