Windows host process (Rundll32) has stopped working

Just installed Vista and getting this popping up over and over again -
its the Business Version and is an upgrade - is there a solution to
this?

Any help much appreciated.

I had this along with COM surrogate popping up all over the shop. I was
informed that it was Nero that caused the COM Surrogate so i updated and
that has gone as has the Rundll32 warning.

Just info in case you have Nero installed.

Hi. I get the Windows host process (Rundll32) has stopped working
error to, and I dont have Nero, or DivX as I have read also can make
this error pop up. It seems to only happen when I browse my Music Vids.
