Adobe Reader is a PDF reader - generally you manage your files/folders in
Windows Explorer. What is it you are trying to do?

I don't think there is a "delete" command in Adobe Reader. Reader
displays *.pdf files, which can be deleted like any other files.

Delete the files in Windows.

You can also set the "recently viewed files" list to 1 in Preferences,
using the Documents tab. Reader allows values from 1 to 10.
