1. You can use your normal Vista installation disk.
2. With the Anytime Upgrade, it can be any one.
3. I am not sure, but I suspect that it would be able to be used as a
clean install. It would make sense.
4. Yes, it does. You are buying the license to the upgraded version at a
lower cost.
