.NET Framework 3.0 Configuration
Hi

Is there a Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 Configuration tool in VISTA?

I want to see and manage the assemblies and code groups etc.

I've installed the SDK

TIA

Yes. Go to Administrative Tools where you should see Microsoft .NET
Framework 2.0 Configuration. Stop, you say, you asked for 3.0. Well 3.0 is
2.0 with a few extra assemblies (confusing, I know), no change in the CLR
runtime version. So the 2.0 configuration is what you use to manage
assemblies and codegroups for 2.0/3.0.

Thanks

I do not see a .NET Framework 2.0 Configuration in Administrative Tools.

Would I need to install the 2.0 SDK?

Using VISTA Ultimate.

Yes, unlike the 1.0 and 1.1 framework, with 2.0 you need to install the SDK
to get the configuration piece.

Re: .NET Framework 3.0 Configuration

I don't see the Framework Configuration tool either and I've got VS2008
Pro installed. Do I need to install the V3.5 SDK even if I've installed
VS2008 (on Ultimate)?
