What are the differences between the Ultimate Upgrade version and the
Ultimate x64 OEM version? What is included with each version? Is the only
difference getting the x32 bit version on the DVD?

OEM x64 only
Retail X32 and X64 DVDS in the Box
and unless you like problems stay away from the Upgrades
