Run Time error 339
I apologise in advance if I have the wrong discussion group.
Can anyone help. I purchased this box set some years ago and successfully
ran it with Windows 98SE. I have just bought a new machine which is running
Vista. On installing the Family History Resource file View 3.0 I am unable
to access the data on the CD.

I am getting the following error:-

Run-time error 339
Component 'GoBackRf.ocx' pr one of its dependecies is not correctly
registered: a file of missing or invalid.

I have asked the producers of this programme for assistance and have done as
suggested which was to right click on icon and select compatability and
select the programme that it had previously been used with, also click on use
as administrator.

This hasn't worked so I am appealing to anyone on this list who might be
able to help.

Regards

Anne
