Vista Ultimate 64 bit problem

I think I may have discovered a bug in Windows Internet Explorer 7 (64
bit)....

The option to open your homepage instead of a new blank tab does not open
the homepage and still opens a blank tab.

I suppose it could be a localised problem on my system, but would be good if
I've picked up a global bug!

Anybody else notice this?

If it was global it would have been noticed a long time ago.

Bugger, I've fixed it. You have to put a tick in the "Do not show this...."
Oh well.
