USB attached devices do not work with windows Vista
The problem is the USB controller installed on Microsoft Vista (all versions)
does not function with the BIOS of several motherboards.

Microsoft released an update to this problem.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925528 (From RANDOR)

Download the update and install. Thius should allow you to work with all USB
attached devices under the 2.0 spec.

If the update does not work, disable support for specfication 2.0 in the
mortherboard BIOS.
