Remote Email Problem

I access my company email through a website. Before upgrading to Vista Home
Premium I had XP Home. With XP I could view my emails and reply to them.
However now with Vista Home Premium I can still view the emails but when I
click reply I see a blank screen with a red x in the upper left corner where
I would normally begin typing my reply to the email. Is there a program I
need to install to be able to reply to emails as I did in XP? Thanks for any
help.
