Auto play not functioning

I have noticed that for whatever reason, Auto Play seems to have stopped
working for the most part in my copy of Vista Ultimate. If I insert an
autorun cd or dvd, it does not autorun. If I plug in USB flash drive, I do
not get a prompt for it, either. The only thing that seems to auto play at
the moment is my video camera. When I plug it in (via firewire) I get a
prompt to capture video.

I have gone into the auto play control panel and reset everything back to
defaults, and that did not make any difference. I also went into msconfig
and removed everything but the bare essentials from starting up, and that
did not seem to make any difference either.

Anyone see this before?
