SATA Driver
Hi,

Can someone tell me how I can set up my Thinkpad T60P to use the SATA driver
in AHCI mode instead of Copaptibility mode as I do now?

Since I had to install Windows XP SP2 to upgrade to Vista, and the AHCI mode
is not compatible with XP without drivers, Vista now doesnt support AHCI
mode. If I try to change this in Bios Vista boots in to blue screen.

In XP it was just a question of installing new driver, make a reboot, change
in Bios, and everything started just fine.

Thanks for any help.

First thing to do is update the BIOS to the latest version.

Re: SATA Driver
I already have the latest Bios. This link lists 2.09 as the latest, but I
have 2.12 in mine.
