Re: new Vista Weather gadget.
Right clicking and choosing "Options" should brng up a small panel
with radio buttons for Centigrade and Fahrenheit and a search box for
location. Putting in a town name or a zip code and then clicking the
find icon (very important!) in the search box should find possible
matches for what you entered. For me, searching for a 5-digit zip code
switches the gadget immediately to show weather for the appropriate
location. Putting in something less specific brings up a list of
possibilities. Clicking on one of these confirms it. One oddity: the
top choice on the list is highlighted, but you still have to click on
it to select it, if you press the OK button on the main panel without
doing anything else, the gadget's settting is not changed. Similarly,
if you just enter a location in the search box (but do not click the
find icon) and then press OK, nothing will happen.
