Icons corrupted (Not Desktop Icons)

Hi,

I recently uninstalled IconPackager and found out that the icons for files
such as Word, Text Files, Wav, ect aren't showing what it suppose to show.

Anyone know how to solve this?

What precisely are these icons for Word, Text Files, Wave "showing?" Try
running SFC from an elevated command prompt. Right click the command icon
on the start menu and click run as admin> at the cmd prompt type "sfc
/scannow" lose the quotes.
