How to have Vista Business Auto Logon AND auto lock

Hi,

I would like to have windows vista to auto login and then immediately
do an auto lock.

I was not able to find useful information to do both for vista. It
would save a lot of time when i do login and not having to wait for
other software to load.

I have a win xp machine and was able to have it auto login and then
lock.

But I can't find the same information for Vista?
