PC-to-PC Synchronization

PC-to-PC Synchronization (Between Vista PCS)

Reading around the web this feature was removed just before Beta 2 was
released. Can someone confirmm that this was not re-included in later buids?

It wasn't (unless you consider "Offline Files" feature equal to PC-to-PC
sync). There's however updated version of SyncToy that works on Vista:
