Snip Tool missing?

I am no longer able to use the snip tool that came with Vista. I did a
seach for the file and could not find it. How can I reinstall? TIA for
reply.

Did you disable Tablet PC? You have to have Tablet PC components
enabled, it's part of it.

Thank you so much for your quick reply. Yes, I had disabled the tablet
feature. So I did enable it and Snip is now available for my use.

Enable it in Control Panel-Programs and Features-Turn Windows Features
On or Off.
