Reinstall Vista Home Premium
Hello,
I wanna re-install Vista Home Premium. Problem is that I bought new laptop
Acer and I received just recovery DVD. I do not know for sure if this DVD
including whole operation system and drivers. What about new activation. Will
I have any problem with new activation and what will I need to do. Any idea?

If its called a Recovery DVD, it likely has the OS on it. Yes, you will have
to reactivate, with success, since there is no hardware changes to the
system that would make the system seem mis-used according the license
agreement. My Acer has the drivers stored at the root of the C: drive, might
be different from yours, but you should also be able to obtain them from
Acer
s website, so you might wanna download them and burn it to a DVD.

No, the recovery CD will not need activation.
