Vista problem, or keyboard problem?

Recently, my keyboard is producing incorrect punctuation and some letters.
question mark gives me É
forward slash gives é
apostrophe gives è
quotes gives È
occasionally the @ sign gives other signs.

Almost like it switches to French, spontaneously. I have to restart computer
to get it back to normal, but it is happening more often.
Any thought on what is causing this, and what I can do to correct it
(question mark)

I think "Tyro" was either smoking crack, having a senior moment - or

I couldn't find another similar post by you anywhere... including
Google Groups.

The person who replied to him suggested that because of the OP's Canadian
address the OP may be using a French Canadian keyboard.

Thanks, Zaphod! Got me out of a hole with my family, who blame it on all on
