Problems with import of contacts in Vista contacts

Hi,

I am using Windows Vista Business and want to use the "adressbook" too.
Unfortunately I cannot import any contact from existing Outlook 2003.
As I opened the contact folder first it was empty and I had the possibility
to import/export something.
After exporting to csv from my existing Outlook and reopening the contacts
at c:\user\name\contacts all import/export possibility is gone and the
window looks like a normal (right) explorer window.
Also opening via Windows Mail or direct click on the icon leads to the same
results.

Whats happened. Can anybody help.
