Just got new Dell W/ VISTA. Have Question.
When I go to "YouTube" and try to view a video it freezes up only after
either 7 seconds of viewing or at most 20 seconds. What can I do to fix this
problem?

Could be an issue with the Flash Player which You Tube utilizes for their
video content. Reinstall the Flash Player and see if it fixes it:
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/alternates/

Use the above link to uninstall the existing version and use it to reinstall
it.

If Andre's idea doesn't work, I'd go back to dell and complain they've sold
you a dud. You can spend ages chasing down obscure ideas here only to find
it's some bad combination of hardware and/or software Dell have installed,
or you can go back to them and point out that for the money you've spent a
properly working system isn't actually too much to ask for.
