The Microsoft.public group messages are normally kept on the servers for 90
days.
However, much of the information on the Vista.public groups concern the beta
versions of Vista and I'm not sure what the policy is for archiving this
type of information. I doubt that Google will start archiving these groups
until after the launch date at the end of January.
