Terminal Serivce, howto enable?

How can i enable this service? In the service window if i right click
the service, all the options are grayed out, so am unable to start it.
Am thinking that i may have disabled something that Terminal Service
requires to be enabled, but i have now clue what that may be. Any help?

Re: Terminal Serivce, howto enable?
Hi,

Is the telnet client enabled in the control panel/programs and features/turn
windows features on and off?

Are remote services enabled in advanced system properties?
