the user account image folder has disappeared. Can't change the user image.

TV is crapped out
DEP has a program setup.exe that I CAN NOT remove. Can't toggle it off, can't
remove it.
And this in just the 1st 10 minutes after creating the standard user account

Attempting to secure this machine, but the only thing it seems to be doing is
