Task Manager corrupt

Cannot use task manager. No tabs or other items. Only says task ie:
Vista forum - Mozilla.. Running

No header or buttons.

At bottom:
"End task" greyed out Switch To- greyed out New task..."

That is all!

Ctrl+Shift+Esc does not work, either.

Hi Avie, and welcome to the vista forums arty:

sounds like the task manager is in reduced view mode

try double clicking on the gray border and it should return to normal
view

Hi Avie,

it can be a useful feature of the task manager, you can use it to
monitor memory or CPU etc usage whilst doing other things - Set task
manager to "always on top" double click to hide the menus etc, resize
to suit what you need
