when you add the two letters OT in the subject line, it notifies
that you are asking in a newsgroup, but it is not exactly related to the
newsgroup's general subject.
That is only so that people wont scold you for posting about another OS on
a XP newsgroup.... thats all.. its not something you HAVE to do.
