Retrieving Data Rate

Hello All,

Is there any way to retrieve received data rate of all BSSes using native
WiFi API. I am trying the new wifi api supported by Vista.

I can retrieve Recieved data rate of current connection using
wlanqueryinterface. How do I get data rate of all BSSes?
