I managed to grant it high priority.
But this solved the problem neither.
The first time I start it, it takes 45 to 60 seconds to appear on the screen.
Once it is there, I can switch it off and back on with no problem : it
restarts fast.
If however I stop it and I decide to start it up again after a wile then it
takes again 45 to 60 seconds to make it's appearance.
Very strange !
