R&R Installer

whenever i try to play songs that i download i get a message saying i need to
run i R&R installer... i click continue and i get a prompt to restart and my
P2P program i use ( which i have a paid subcription for i might add) says
that it has encountered a problem and asks if i want to remove the song...
once i restart it is fine again and then out of th eblue it will happen
again... if anyone has a patch or fix please let me know or if it isnt
fixable so i can cancel my subcription

Have you been able to find out anything further on this problem? We're
using Urge and are running into the same issue.

I had the same issue and found out this has to do with restricted usage
rights applied to the wma files to prevent unauthorized version being
deployed. The audio/ video file tries to go on the internet and refresh
usage rights automatically. To correct the problem, do these steps:

- Open Windows Media Players
- Go to Tools | Options | Privacy tab
- Remove all checkmark from “Enhanced Playback and Device Experience”
- Click Apply and then OK
- Close Windows media player and restart your computer
- Try he same song again and you won’t get the prompt ever again.
