Hi,
Contact the manufacturer for a set of restore disks. There is no
uninstalling the upgrade, you will have to start clean using manufacturer
supplied media.
I'm curious as to how you could have not known what you were doing. Even
once started in earnest you could've cancelled out of the upgrade and
reverted to the original installation right up to the final reboot.
