RE: Vista won't display JPEG files as pictures
You could try using System Restore, back to a date that you recall the system
being normal. If you do use SR, remember first to disable any antivirus
program that might interfere with SR, particularly Norton. You have to find
where there is a box ticked that protects your Norton product against attack,
and untick it.
If SR works for you, please let us know.
