Vista Family special ?

I would like to purchase two additional copies of Vista using the Familt
special deal.

How long do I have to use the two downloaded licenses?
Can I wait (1 year ?) with one of then (until I upgrade the 3rd computer)
before I activate it.

So... If I purchase the license(s) now, do I need to use then now or can I
wait until latter to use them?

There is a time limit on the purchase but on on the use of the license after
the purchase. So yes you can wait a year before using one or the other.
