Looks like the problem is PCI IDE controler. That would be a disk controler.
Could be a problem with some other device which is hogging the PCI bus. You
can try fixing the problem by removing all the boards from your PCI slots
(remove graphics card too), then turn the PC off and on again (without
boards). Then turn the PC off again, insert one board, turn the PC on, and
so on until you find a faulty board. Sometimes the board could just be
'unseated' due to vibrations and reseating them fixes the problem.
