Email attachments

I can not open any attachment in Win Mail, despite having the do not open
any attachment which could potentially be a virus box unchecked

Anyone had this problem??

What type of files are you trying to open?
Do you have other security software installed that might be blocking them?
Sometimes you have to save them, then open...

ALL attachments, .xls .doc .pdf, etc etc....
Windows won't save the attachments either. No other blocking software
installed.

Hi, Ron.

Sometimes a single click won't Open attachments to emails. Try a
double-click, or right-click then Open.

I'm so used to single-clicking everywhere that I sometimes have to remind
myself of this. :^}
