Microsoft changes release date for its new flagship client!
Redmond WA.
The release of Windows Vista to consumers has been delayed and the product
will be rebranded. In response to its critic, Microsoft has rebranded
Windows Vista and it will be called "Windows Chad." The release date has
been delayed until April 1, 2007. A spokesman denied that there was any
connection between the new release date and the new branding.

RE: Microsoft changes release date for its new flagship client!
You know Colin, you may be right.
Unlike Vista, I have never seen a post from
CHAD that wasn't either a 'Link', a 'quote'
from someone else or the ramblings of
a lunatic that thinks by posting, 'what he thinks is
information that no-one else knows about', that
he has surpassed everyone else by posting it 1st
or 2nd or 3rd, you get the message !
Keep up the good work CHAD, saves me looking
through all of Microsoft & news items to find all
those wonderful links.

What I have seen is a ton of posts I've made that fix things and not one
where you've gotten your thumb out of your ass and done anything. Is that
your prison number 82604?

Re: Microsoft changes release date for its new flagship client!
So Colin how's the logic in having a default parallel printer port to help
USB connected printers work for you?
The delay until July would be much better.
How about all those MSKBs Colin that say "it's broken; we can't fix it' we
don't know what the hell to do."
Sounds like your President doesn't it?

Re: Microsoft changes release date for its new flagship client!
Colin
I will mail you the beta version of Vista Chad, but don't attempt usage of
the following functions as they will not be available until the release of
Vista SP5..
Desktop Management, Disk Management, Defragmenter, Sidebar calendar, the
Vista button, IE7 forward and back buttons, Log off User, Control Panel
functions M through Z, Drag n'Drop, Log on screen password access..
One can, however, set up dual boot with Win 3.11 and have fun with Windows
Write which only blue screens at every third opening with the venerable
Unrecoverable Application Error so loved by many of us oldies..

Re: Microsoft changes release date for its new flagship client!
Mike
That sounds great. I would like a copy also.
Don't bother to mail it, just put it on your
server, and CHAD will eventually supply us
with the 'LINK'
I also believe that "if you run Windows Write
from a 'command prompt' in Win 3.11 you
don't get so many blue screens." But that's
only a quote from some-one else, haven't tried it
myself (yet).
The warden says "I only have 1 hour of
comp' time left" so I will save it for when you
put Windows (Vista) Chad on your server.
thanks,

Re: One more brilliant and typical Mike Hall post.
Another brilliant and typical Hall post. Anything as long as it doesn't
have to do with Windows, other software, hardware, or pcs.

Re: One more brilliant and typical Mike Hall post.
And what your long political off topic rants?
No excuses about having them in a post with relevant material.
You still feel the need to post your irrelevant political rants.
Interesting how you complain when others do to as you continue to do to
others.
