Blank page 'won't go away'

I know this is a late post, since it's 2008 now, but I've been having the same problem with the blank page in Vista. After much research, I finally came across this forum, thank God. I, too, have IncrediMail, and so I just uninstalled it in hopes that that pesky page won't come up again. Thanks so very much for the suggestion. I hope it works.

Our computer does exactly the same thing!!! When we go to the task
manager to get rid of it it shows up titled as BLANK PAGE. But it keeps
just popping up over and over just out of the blue, and is very
annoying. How can we make it go away and STAY away???
