Vista SP1 dilemma
Recently I installed SP1 for Vista (I own Vista Ultimate) and noted in the
bottom right hand of the d/top "Windows Vista Evaluation Copy Build 6001". As
I actually own Vista, I didn't take too much notice, but it counted down
[with notices], and now a blue screen tells me that my evaluation period is
over and I need to install any version of Vista after backing up my files.
Did I d/l a Beta SP1? If I did, can I re-install Vista over the top, or have
I got to reformat and reinstall?

Re: Vista SP1 dilemma
You may have installed a beta of SP1. I'd remove it and only install a copy
you get from Microsoft.

Re: Vista SP1 dilemma
You're right, they don't, because every version of Linux is a beta.
And it shows.

No they have loads of others, mainly related to their personality or
lack thereof.
