Retail copies of Vista still not available.

Guess my predictions were correct. Wouldn't be so bad if there were new
computers being sold with it on.

i can download long before it is available in the stores (MSDN)

Microsoft has said REPEATEDLY that Vista will NOT be available to the
general public until January 31st 2007.

However there are quite a few of us who work for companies that have
Microsoft Licensing or were lucky enough to be part of the Vista Beta that
are indeed running full versions of Vista.

I am. Vista Ultimate. Completely legit. On my home PC's, and Vista Business
on my work desktop and laptop.

Maybe Bob is correct. It was supposed to be available Jan 30, 2007. Now
