RE: Vista Start Menu Handling of Special Office Shortcuts
I have the exact same problem on one of my machine. This really has nothing
to do with Office, it's affecting all so called managed shortcuts (the ones
that do not have a path to a file in their target field, but an application
name like "Microsoft Office Professional 2007". Even the ones I've created
myself (with Visual Studio) don't work. I have no idea how to track this
problem down.

Re: Vista Start Menu Handling of Special Office Shortcuts
Ramesh, Thank you for the link to the ShellExView tool. I had the same issue,
pinned Office applications on the Start Menu that would not start. This tool
allowed me to easily isolate and identify Yosemite Filekeeper as the
offending application.
