Imageman,
Click Start, type "snippingtool" in the Search box, and press ENTER. Does it work? The file SnippingTool.exe is located in the C:\Windows\System32 folder.

Click All Programs - Accessories - Snipping Tool. Also, you may Pin it to
the Start menu by right-clicking and choosing the "Pin to Start Menu"
option.

The only way I've found to activate the snip tool is with the link on the
Windows Help and Support page. Obviously, there must be a better way. Don't
see it anywhere. Thanks for your help - IM
