Why won't Vista maintain its folder view settings?
I am using Vista64 and even though I have the box checked in folder options
to remember the view setting it keeps changing them to settings I don't
want. Why won't the view settings stick? This is annoying the hell out of
me.

Hello Robert,

Method Two in this tutorial will help Vista remember the folder view
settings for a window from when it was last closed.

Hope this helps,
Shawn
