Can i change Vista 64 Bit back to 32
I purchased a copy of Vista 64 can i change it to 32 without having to buy
new licences etc. If so how>

Yes, no reason to buy a new copy. You will have to do a clean install of the
32Bit version, though. Depending on the version you have, you might have to
aquire a 32Bit disk.

You do have to reactive, but doesn't require a new license.
