Yes, this is exactly the thing that I'm expecting from Vista, A Windows
Explorer without tabs is going to suck like the windows xp file explorer

If I understand the functionality that you want for Windows Explorer, the
"bread crum bar" essentially does the same thing --although you may be more
comfortable with tabs. I can't imagine 3rd party not doing this. There
will be a ton of mods to Vista Windows Explorer and some will be free. There
always are.

Suggestions are always interesting for dicussion here. If you want to make
your suggestion to the horsie's mouth who designs Windows Explorer, you can
sign in here and make a comment on the blog that most fits the design of
explorer.
