This shows just how non-existent MS support is. I don't live in the US. When
I go to that page to get phone numbers for my country I get this page -
http://www.microsoft.com/protect/default.mspx which is useless and seems
designed solely to get me to install Silverlight which I do not want to use.
Choose "Get Support" from the menu and you end up where you started. Choose
"World Websites" and you just get the same page on a local server. Where is
the page that tells me a phone number I can ring in my country to speak to a
real person who will help me?
On top of this problem which I've given up trying to solve, my computer now
only works in safe mode because I get a event ID 4609 error message on
startup and no programs will run. Where is the support?
