restore a file backup after restoring from a PC backup image
I have taken a backup image and am doing regular file backups. These are
stored on an external hard disk. All I want is to find a reference that tells
me the steps to follow after the loss of my internal hard drive? i.e. How do
I tell vista to restore from the PC image? Do I then restore from the latest
back file? Is this all I need to do? etc.

I have searched windows help with no luck.
