If it was GM, Ford, Chyrsler, Toyota, Honda or other auto manufacture, I
could say lemon law.
It is M$ monopolistic position and bundling that sells Vista. If users had
a choise, bet Vista sales would dwindle. New full versions of Vista often
site on the shelf with the dust.
How many people buy 2 engines for their cars so one works?

Makes for good but cheap machines in the return bin.
Of if too late to return it, load Ubuntu or Fedora. New Fedora version in 4
days.
