I have Microsoft Virtual PC 2007. Now how do I install another OS?

I would like to be able to run Win95 on VPC, but I don't know how. Do I
have to buy something?

(I have Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate x64, but I can run 32-bit and
16-bit programs as well.)

Just read the instructions for VirtualPC and install Win'95 on the virtual
machine after you create it. You do not have to by anything, as long as you
have a copy of Win'95.

Yes, you can only run 16-bit program on Vista64 through a virtual machine.

Well, you need a copy of Windows 95.
