Does anyone know if Office 2000 will work on a Vista machine?

Office 2000 Premium works on my Vista Home Premium 32 bit laptop just fine.

I have it installed and working fine on my Vista. I don't use Outlook 2000,
I have an Outlook version that came with my Pocket Pc, version Outlook 2002.
If you install Office 2000, download and install the SR1 service pack. Then
you can download and install the SP3 Office 2000 service pack.

Not supported means for example that automatic updates, or windows update is
not supported and you have to manually find, download and install the
service packs.

You can also download and install the File Format converters that will allow
you to read .docx files that Word 2007 can create, amongst other formats.

It is supported according to this KB but Outlook has a small issue as shown in the second link
