Does Vista have a dllcache folder ? Or, if not an equivalent?

No it does not. Vista has a different system using ACL Critical System
Files to allow the trusted installer to install them. You're referring to
the storage folder where SFC replaced files scanned with corrupted file
signatures with intact ones.
