I too thought so initially. But, unfortunately the DllRegisterserver
entrypoint is removed from Zipfldr.dll in Vista. The OP may have to download
the Zip asso REG fix from here:

Matthias: From the above page, right-click the REG file link and save the
file to Desktop. Right-click the file and choose Merge. Answer the UAC /
